Knives - Coming Soon

Our knives are handmade by Jens Butler of OakWood Forge, our on-site blacksmith shop.

These knives are beautiful pieces of art as well as being extremely functional.  Many are made using old files, a source of extremely high-quality steel that allows us to take advantage of recycled materials.
